Qualifications

• Completed training in the field of computer science
• Several years of experience as a System Engineer or in technical sales, ideally with archive and VTL technologies
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft environments, virtualization, network technology, backup and IT security
• Customer-oriented, solution-focused and structured way of working
• Confident demeanor and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Very good German skills in spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of new customers and development of sustainable customer relationships
• Strategic support and further development of existing customer accounts
• Technical customer consulting, conducting workshops and presentations, and creating quotations
• Analysis of IT infrastructures and development of suitable solution concepts, architecture and implementation designs
• Support of project teams and monitoring of market and technology trends in the areas of infrastructure, security and Modern Workplace
