Function Description
To support upcoming projects starting in 2026, we are building a Sales & Commercial Talent Pool and actively seeking freelance, interim, and permanent candidates for a variety of roles that drive business development, client relationships, and commercial performance.
We are looking for professionals to fill roles such as:
- Sales Managers - Develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Commercial Managers - Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and ensure commercial alignment with project goals.
- Business Development Managers - Identify market trends, build strategic partnerships, and expand client portfolios.
- Account Managers - Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Sales Engineers - Combine technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Proposal Managers - Lead the development of commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal capabilities.
- Contract Managers - Manage contract lifecycle, compliance, and risk mitigation across commercial agreements.
- Tender Managers - Coordinate and manage the tendering process, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
- Experience in the offshore, maritime, energy, or civil industries is a strong advantage
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Dutch fluency preferred; English required
- Must reside in the Netherlands with a valid Dutch work permit or EU citizenship. Visa sponsorship is not offered
