Bakker & Co employs sales engineers in the office and the field, commercial administrative staff who supervise the sales and production process from idea to delivery, mechanics and warehouse staff. Together we offer our customers customised solutions. This means a lot of sitting around the table with the customer, but also in the office, together with your colleagues, interpreting drawings, engineering solutions and producing quotations. Of course, we are always looking for new customers. In sales, you are responsible for both turnover and margin. You'll be working in a sales team with three direct colleagues. In total, you'll have 20 enthusiastic colleagues.

What we ask

• HBO work and thinking level in the direction of Mechanical Engineering / Construction
• Interest and willingness to gain experience in a technical commercial role
• An affinity with electrical and mechanical drive technology products (electric motors, couplings and gearboxes) is an advantage
• Good command of Dutch and English, German is an advantage
