Candidate Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Software Product Sales
  • Engineering degree mandatory (Mechanical preferred)
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Exposure to CAD / CAM / CAE / PLM / Simulation software is an advantage
  • Target-driven mindset with willingness to handle field sales activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Engage with Engineering, R&D, and technical decision-makers
  • Position simulation and digital engineering software solutions
  • Coordinate product demonstrations with technical teams
  • Achieve assigned quarterly revenue targets
