Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and polished Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced creative industry.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and convert inquiries into booked events
- Build relationships with venues, planners, and corporate clients
- Conduct client consultations via phone, virtual meetings, and in person
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure seamless client handoff
- Generate new business through networking and outreach
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience required
- Event industry experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up habits and closing ability
- Organized, professional, and self-driven
- CRM experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends/evenings when needed for client meetings or events
