Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and polished Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced creative industry.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads and convert inquiries into booked events
  • Build relationships with venues, planners, and corporate clients
  • Conduct client consultations via phone, virtual meetings, and in person
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity
  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure seamless client handoff
  • Generate new business through networking and outreach

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience required
  • Event industry experience is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong follow-up habits and closing ability
  • Organized, professional, and self-driven
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekends/evenings when needed for client meetings or events
