Your Role

For the expansion and further professionalization of our business unit, as well as the implementation of customer-related and internal projects, we are looking for a:

Sales Field Service & Project Manager (80-100%)

A significant part of our activities lies in the areas of sales, customer development, business development, and project management. In this versatile and varied role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute your experience in direct customer contact as well as in strategic and operational projects, thereby making a significant contribution to the further development of the REMED business unit. The role combines field service and project management in an approximately equal ratio.

In the combined role of Field Sales Representative and Project Manager, you will look after existing customers, actively acquire new customers, and ensure that our customers are served competently and solution-oriented. At the same time, you will take responsibility for internal projects in the areas of service development, process optimization, digitalization, and business development, as well as for customer projects at national and international level. You will develop solution approaches together with internal specialist departments and support tender processes. In doing so, you will act as an important interface between customers, sales, partners, and internal departments.

Through your structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working, you will succeed in bringing together different stakeholder groups and driving projects forward efficiently. You understand customer needs, identify optimization potential, and develop sustainable and practical solutions together with partners.

Your Profile

  • Sound business administration knowledge, ideally a tertiary degree
  • Fluent German, English, and Austrian German; Swiss German a big plus
  • Professional experience in field sales
  • Experience in project management and/or business development
  • Hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented, networked way of thinking
  • Robust personality with a positive aura and a winning demeanor
  • Interest in environmental and sustainability topics
