We re seeking a true hunter with proven success in selling staffing services and solutions. You ll drive netnew business, break into fresh accounts, and build strong pipelines across any vertical IT, healthcare, finance, engineering, you name it.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new clients
  • Sell staffing, projectbased solutions, and managed services
  • Build/maintain a strong outbounddriven pipeline
  • Lead client meetings, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Partner with recruiting teams for delivery success

Requirements

  • 3 - 7+ years of staffing industry sales experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with consistent quota achievement
  • Experience selling solutions (not just transactional staffing)
  • Excellent communication, relationshipbuilding, and negotiation skills
