Grasslands Recruitment Specialists has been engaged to recruit a Sales Manager for an Ag Equipment location in Saskatchewan.

The Sales Manager will have the opportunity to lead a small team of sales representatives within a collaborative environment that encourages open communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

• Oversee inventory management

• Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve branch goals

Qualifications

• Bring a professional and polished approach to all aspects of the role
• Reliable, well-organized, and skilled in managing time effectively
• Solid grasp of commission-based sales structures, gross margin metrics, trade valuations, and inventory management and controls
• Proven success leading a small sales team or a top-performing sales professional ready to step into a leadership role
