A leading FMCG organisation in the professional beauty and aesthetics sector is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and oversee operations across the Western and Eastern Cape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report weekly to the National Sales Manager on regional performance.
  • Consolidate and analyse sales data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure brand presence through compliance with trade guidelines and promotional targets.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performance regional team to exceed KPIs.
  • Identify and secure new accounts while strengthening existing channels.
  • Deliver on regional sales budgets and ambitious growth targets.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Professional qualification in ITEC, CIDESCO, or Somatology (essential).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management, ideally within beauty/aesthetics.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/ERP experience advantageous.
