A leading FMCG organisation in the professional beauty and aesthetics sector is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and oversee operations across the Western and Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report weekly to the National Sales Manager on regional performance.
- Consolidate and analyse sales data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure brand presence through compliance with trade guidelines and promotional targets.
- Lead and motivate a high-performance regional team to exceed KPIs.
- Identify and secure new accounts while strengthening existing channels.
- Deliver on regional sales budgets and ambitious growth targets.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Professional qualification in ITEC, CIDESCO, or Somatology (essential).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management, ideally within beauty/aesthetics.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/ERP experience advantageous.
