About
The primary objective of this position is to increase company turnover and profitability by developing strategic relationships with key clients and expanding cooperation with their purchasing departments (buyers).
The role focuses on strengthening long-term partnerships with key furniture retail clients and increasing the company’s share in their purchasing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Development
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key clients (furniture retailers).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with client buyers.
- Understand the client’s internal decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities to increase purchase volumes and cooperation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and identify their business needs.
- Increase client loyalty to the company and brand.
Sales Growth
- Increase order volumes from existing clients.
- Promote new furniture models and collections.
- Expand the assortment of products supplied to clients.
- Increase order frequency.
- Increase the average order value.
Success Metrics
Performance in this position will be measured by:
- Growth in sales turnover within the assigned client portfolio

Profile
- 3-5 years of experience
- Understanding of the furniture industry or retail
- Experience working with customers
- Experience working with furniture manufacturers
- Experience working with furniture retailers
- Understanding of buyers and the purchasing process
Candidate with language skills
Mandatory requirements
- Fluent German
- Working English
