Your Responsibilities
- Independent Sales Process: You independently acquire new customers, maintain existing relationships, and guide prospects through the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to closing.
- Presentations and Customer Meetings: You hold convincing online presentations and meetings with decision-makers to professionally present our services.
- Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: You identify additional business opportunities with existing customers and present suitable extensions of our service portfolio.
- Forecasting and Reporting: You create regular sales forecasts and reports for department management and actively contribute to strategic planning.
- Consulting on Market Trends: You analyze current market trends and competitive developments and advise potential customers on the best possible solutions.
- Data Management: You ensure accurate and regular maintenance of customer data in our CRM system to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Interface Management: You coordinate and work closely with the Research, Technical, and Administration departments to ensure smooth processes and efficient implementation of customer projects.

- You have a proven track record in sales and can show measurable successes – whether in terms of revenue increases, new customer acquisition, or long-term customer retention.
- You are a strategist who brings negotiations to a successful conclusion with confidence.
- You have a confident demeanor and convince through your reliability.
- You are a strong, communicative personality and are accustomed to dealing with C-level executives.
- You have the ability to convey complex content clearly and appealingly, and you have a knack for finding the right words for every target audience.
- Self-organization and self-motivation are your strengths, and you have a high standard of quality.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, are a matter of course for you.
