We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and customer engagement to drive product awareness and increase revenue. Real estate experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers and business clients.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Schedule and conduct product presentations or demos.
• Work towards meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support content creation for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
• Analyze competitor strategies and identify new market opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and conferences.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to multitask.

Beneficial:

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or account management.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales strategies.
• Understanding of social media and online marketing campaigns.
• Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech-related industries is a plus.

Compensation

N100,000/month + Commission.
