Our client, a dynamic player in the ERP and business solutions space, is looking for a creative and driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support their growing team. Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
- Assist with social media scheduling and campaign execution
- Support digital marketing initiatives including Google Ads and email campaigns
- Coordinate content and ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Assist with event planning and promotional activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations
- Maintain organised marketing materials, templates, and assets
Sales Support
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data
- Assist with lead generation, tracking, and follow-ups
- Support the preparation of client-facing documentation
General Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
- Assist with reporting and data analysis
- Coordinate meetings and manage team schedules when required
- Organise and maintain marketing and sales collateral
Desired Experience & Qualification
- A completed Bachelor’s Degree is a non-negotiable (Marketing or related field preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics) advantageous
- Exposure to AI tools will be beneficial
- MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT
