Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate) to join a growing real estate company in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling landed properties and real estate products, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing profitable deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell land and property listings
  • Generate and follow up on qualified leads
  • Conduct property inspections and site visits
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Promote properties through social media and digital marketing
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Meet monthly sales and performance targets
  • Prepare reports and manage client documentation
  • Support business growth and market expansion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, HND, or relevant qualification
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Good knowledge of Abuja real estate market is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
  • Attractive commission structure:
    • 6% commission on land sales
    • 2.5% commission on property deals closed
