Travel Consultant at Academy Travel Service Inc is looking for a full-time Sales Marketing Manager who is ready for the journey to help our clients create lasting memories by turning their vacation dreams into reality.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements
  • Assess customer needs and wants; answer customer questions and concerns
  • Provide appropriate product recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and transportation
  • Foster positive, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional post-sale support and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with the best, most accurate information possible
  • Handle customer phone calls and emails in a polite, professional, and prompt manner

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience with Amadeus GDS system
  • Multilingual both written & verbal
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and software Amadeus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target‑driven environment
