Travel Consultant at Academy Travel Service Inc is looking for a full-time Sales Marketing Manager who is ready for the journey to help our clients create lasting memories by turning their vacation dreams into reality.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements
- Assess customer needs and wants; answer customer questions and concerns
- Provide appropriate product recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and transportation
- Foster positive, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional post-sale support and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with the best, most accurate information possible
- Handle customer phone calls and emails in a polite, professional, and prompt manner
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience with Amadeus GDS system
- Multilingual both written & verbal
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and software Amadeus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target‑driven environment
