Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales and logistics operations across multiple locations.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or transportation and will help ensure smooth coordination between sales teams, operational processes, and client delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales teams by managing operational workflows and logistics coordination.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods or services to clients.
• Monitor and track sales operations metrics to optimize processes.
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and warehouse teams to support customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and sales operations activities.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience in logistics or transportation operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet operational deadlines.
• Familiarity with sales operations processes is a plus.
