As a Sales Operations Project Manager, you will be a vital part of our National Revenue and Sales Operations team, working alongside some of the industry’s brightest talent. Your Role:
As our Sales Operations Project Manager, you will support vital growth initiatives guided by our Associate Director of Revenue Operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting project charters with stakeholder guidance to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Managing tasks, schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinating meetings to track project progress and support teamwork.
- Facilitating communication across sales, revenue operations, and other departments.
- Identifying project risks and issues, proactively developing strategies for mitigation.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Tracking progress and delivering regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Supporting change management initiatives for smoother adoption of new processes and tools.
- Documenting project requirements and evaluations for continuous improvement.
- Celebrating project achievements quarterly to showcase their impact to leadership and stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
If you have a proven track record in Project Management with the following skills, we want to meet you:
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet or Wrike.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are a plus:
- Experience in B2B insurance.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge in stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Certification in project management methodologies.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,600 to $139,100, with additional performance-based incentives. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, retirement programs, and employee assistance resources.
