ralfsfincas is a curated travel company focused on handpicked fincas and villas in Mallorca. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs in this market, we are building something deliberately different:

We are a small, founder-led team in an early stage - highly committed, fast-moving, and focused on building a premium product with real substance.

Your role

This role combines Sales and Product responsibility.

You will work directly with customers and property owners, with the goal of:

  • generating high-quality bookings
  • improving and expanding our finca portfolio

You will be involved across the entire value chain — from first customer contact to onboarding new properties.

Your responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management

  • Handle booking inquiries via email
  • Provide phone-based customer advice (incl. occasional weekends)
  • Convert inquiries into bookings through high-quality, personal consultation
  • Manage and process bookings in our internal backend system

Product & Portfolio Development

  • Identify and onboard new finca properties (including cold outreach to owners)
  • Guide owners through our onboarding process (contracts, setup, positioning)
  • Coordinate photographers and content creation (images, videos, descriptions)
  • Ensure high quality and consistency across all listings

Partner & Internal Communication

  • Communicate with finca owners in Spanish (email, phone, WhatsApp)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, marketing, product, IT, management)
  • Act as a bridge between customer demand and product supply

Optimization & Operations

  • Identify weaknesses in processes, listings, or conversion — and improve them
  • Work with CRM systems and modern tools efficiently
  • Use AI and digital tools to solve problems and increase efficiency
  • Prioritize tasks independently and manage your own workload

Your profile

Must-have skills

  • Fluent in German and English, good Spanish skills
  • Based in Berlin (hybrid work possible, 2 days/ week in the office)
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Confident working with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of numbers and commercial thinking
  • High level of self-organization, especially in remote work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently and work efficiently

Bonus (nice to have)

  • Knowledge of Mallorca or the travel industry
  • Commercial training or business background
  • Experience in sales, hospitality, or marketplaces
