Sales Project Manager – French-speaking Switzerland

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a competent, motivated, and committed person for our branch in Forel VD for the position of:

Sales Project Manager – French-speaking Switzerland

Your responsibilities

• Proactive follow-up with design offices, key accounts, tender managers, and architects for complex projects in the region
• Development and maintenance of existing clients
• Market approach, particularly using lead generation tools
• Receipt of client requests; analysis of needs and project management
• Preparation and follow-up of offers
• Participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client events

Your profile

• Basic technical training in the HVAC field (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) or in the construction sector
• Several years of experience in technical sales
• Additional training in sales is an asset
• Sense of negotiation and ease of communication
• High level of commitment, flexibility, resistance to stress, and team spirit
• Autonomous, reliable, and proactive working method
• Residence in the sales region with a category B driver's license
• Good command of MS Office
