About the role
Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager Sales (m/f/d) to join a growing B2B company in the contract manufacturing space. This role combines sales and project management. You will work with inbound customer inquiries, turn them into deals, and manage projects from first contact through to delivery. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both closing deals and coordinating complex processes across teams.
Location & Working Model
- 📍 Location: Waghäusel, Germany
- 🏢 On-site during onboarding
- 🔄 Hybrid: up to 2 days remote per week afterward
- ✈️ Occasional travel to trade fairs
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow B2B customer accounts
- Turn inbound leads into successful deals
- Coordinate customer projects (e.g. private/white label products) from start to finish
- Work closely with R&D, production, procurement, marketing, and finance
- Prepare and negotiate offers, pricing, and contracts
- Develop existing customers and identify new opportunities
- Monitor market trends and support business growth
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3–5 years experience in B2B sales or key account management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage complex processes across teams
- German - C2 and good English (B-level or higher)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
- Strong performance and KPI mindset
- Willing to work hybrid in Waghäusel
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in supplements, pharma, food, or FMCG
- Background in a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience with private label / white label business models
- Industry network
Compensation
- €50,000–€60,000 fixed salary
- €10,000–€15,000 bonus based on performance
Contract Details
- Permanent contract
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- 30 vacation days + additional days (e.g. Christmas & New Year’s Eve)
- 6-month probation period
