We are currently looking for a Sales Project Manager to coordinate the management of various projects related to our range of three-dimensional measuring machines, in collaboration with clients and internal departments.

Detailed Description

Reporting hierarchically to the Director of Sales CMM, the person will be responsible for:

  • Following up on projects in terms of technical aspects, planning, and finances, within the framework of equipment and/or service installations.
  • Ensuring client interface.
  • Participating in the management of subcontractors and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and supporting or autonomously managing responses to calls for tenders.
  • Participating in technical sales support with technical analysis of specifications.
  • Verifying and reporting provisional and definitive business margins.
  • Participating in hybrid projects: preparation and review of margins and offers.
  • Managing transport, handling, and storage in collaboration with logistics and related departments for customer machines and stock machines (trade shows, open days, etc.).
  • Proposing an action plan for problem/incident resolution.
  • Complying with the company's current policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma of at least Bac+2 level with a technical specialization.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a role involving project management.
  • Proficiency with numbers and task planning.
  • A professional level of English (minimum B2 level) enabling the reading of technical documents (software manuals, internal correspondence, etc.), writing reports, letters, or user manuals, and telephone exchanges.
  • Mastery of the Office Pack, especially Excel (regular use of pivot tables).
  • Mastery of internal software necessary for the activity (CRM, planning, and project tracking documentation, etc.).
