Our client, a fast-paced and growing organization in the technology space, is seeking an experienced GTM / Sales Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in Lexington, MA. This individual will focus on recruiting high-performing go-to-market talent across sales, customer success, business development, partnerships, and marketing functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment and has strong experience partnering with hiring managers to attract top commercial talent.
This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM and sales-related roles including Account Executives, SDRs/BDRs, Customer Success Managers, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create recruiting strategies, and provide market insight
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment
- Coordinate and manage interview processes from initial outreach through offer stage
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives as needed
- Assist with recruiting process improvements and hiring best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on GTM, sales, commercial, or customer-facing roles
- Prior experience recruiting within technology, SaaS, life sciences, biotech, or corporate environments preferred
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive talent
- Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable partnering directly with leadership and hiring managers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities

- Hybrid schedule preferred; candidates local to the Lexington, MA area strongly encouraged
