As a specialized HR consultancy in the IT & Finance sector, we act daily as a link between qualified talents and companies from various industries. Our team, consisting of over 70 employees, including 35 Recruitment Consultants, is committed daily to establishing the ideal connection between talented specialists and companies, thereby paving the way for successful careers and entrepreneurial success.

Responsibilities

• You act as a consulting interface between clients and candidates – from the selection process, through the signing of the contract, to the end of the probationary period
• You successfully negotiate contracts with your clients to ensure the successful placement of candidates
• You specialize in a specific area of expertise and develop into an expert in your niche market
• You identify suitable candidates and actively approach them
• You create suitable candidate profiles and proposals for your clients
• You coordinate interviews and professionally prepare your candidates for them

Profile

• You have completed vocational training or a degree with a commercial focus
• You have an affinity for sales (B2B) or have initial experience in recruitment
• You communicate skillfully and convince people with your enthusiastic manner
• In addition to fluent German, you also have basic English skills
• You present yourself professionally and confidently
• Your motivation and will to succeed distinguish you
