GTA Restoration is a family owned and operated restoration company. We Service the GREATER TORONTO AREA markets. We pride ourselves on an excellent training program as well as an energetic, upbeat environment! Furthermore, we guide homeowners through the insurance claims process to get their property restored to its great condition.

Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Generate leads: Canvas/network with homeowners in storm damage areas
• Provide free damage inspections/assessments
• Report damage assessment findings to homeowner
• Review GTA Restoration's credentials with homeowner
• Explain the agreement between GTA Restoration and homeowner
• Sign contingency agreement
• Assist homeowners with filing their insurance claim
• Sales Representative must explain the entire claims process
• Meet insurance adjuster to discuss the scope of damages
• Turn insurance approved construction projects into GTA Restoration's production department

Sales Representative Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license & dependable vehicle required
• An outgoing personality
• Sales Representative must act with a sense of urgency
• Possess the ability to multitask
• Strong customer-service orientation
• A positive will to win attitude
• A competitive spirit
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
