About the role
Role Purpose
Drive sales growth and market penetration across Surgical Endoscopy, Surgical Devices, ENT and System Integration (SI).
Build strong clinical relationships, support theatre procedures, and position the company as a trusted partner in advanced surgical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational & Compliance — CRM accuracy, tenders, reporting, regulatory adherence
- Market & Portfolio Development — Cross‑selling, competitor insights, product launches
- System Integration Selling — Workflow optimisation, digital solutions, infrastructure discussions
- Customer Relationship Management — Surgeons, theatre nurses, biomedical teams, procurement
- Clinical & Technical Support — In‑theatre support, demos, in‑servicing, new tech adoption
- Capital Equipment & Device Sales — Towers, imaging systems, integrated theatres, consumables
- Sales & Revenue Growth — Achieve targets, grow territory, manage full sales cycle
Key Requirements (Screening Criteria Included)
- Relevant Diploma/Degree — Medical Sciences, Nursing, or Biomedical Engineering
- 3–5 Years Medical Device Sales Experience (preferably surgical)
- Theatre‑Based Selling Experience highly preferred
- Capital Equipment / Surgical Device Sales — Proven track record
- Clinical Stakeholder Engagement — Surgeons, theatre teams, hospital management
- Theatre Workflow Knowledge — Sterile protocols, surgical environments
- Willingness to work in theatre, including irregular hours
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Strong negotiation, technical aptitude, and relationship‑building skills
- Valid driver’s licence
