Job Summary

  • The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 3- 5years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Target-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
