Job Summary
- The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- This role involves supervising daily sales activities, motivating the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
- Train, mentor, and coach sales staff to improve productivity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain if applicable.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, with at least 3- 5years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
