The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support business development and proposal preparation. This is a behind-the-scenes role working closely with leadership, helping to ensure all quotes, proposals, and client-facing materials are accurate, professional, and delivered on time.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers, organizing information, and contributing to the sales process in a structured and meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Proposal Preparation

  • Prepare professional proposals and service packages for new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with leadership to gather scope, pricing, and supporting information
  • Ensure proposals are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with company standards
  • Assist with materials for sales meetings and client presentations

Quotes & Estimating Support

  • Support the preparation and review of quotes, including pricing and scope details
  • Assist in building new quotes and reviewing existing ones for accuracy
  • Track quote status, updates, and client responses
  • Maintain organized records of all quotes and supporting documentation

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams to gather job and pricing information
  • Communicate with clients as needed to clarify scope or provide updates
  • Follow up on outstanding proposals and quotes to support sales efforts

Administrative & Process Support

  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation
  • Assist in improving templates, workflows, and processes
  • Support leadership with additional administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all deliverables

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, quoting, estimating, or administrative coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and present information clearly
  • Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and structured data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
