The client is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for internal sales and recruiting roles, delivering high-caliber talent that fuels organizational growth.
Job Summary
- Own full-cycle recruiting for internal sales and recruiting positions, from intake through offer acceptance
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
- Partner with sales leadership to align on team needs, culture, and performance benchmarks
- Build and maintain a warm pipeline of top sales and recruiting talent across key markets
- Conduct in-depth screening calls to evaluate candidates on competency and culture fit
- Manage candidate experience with urgency and a high-touch communication approach
- Track pipeline activity and recruiting metrics in the ATS to support data-informed decisions
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales, staffing, or agency environments
- Proven ability to close competitive candidates in a fast-moving, high-volume setting
- Strong proactive sourcing instincts with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting specifically for sales or revenue-generating roles
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and autonomy, without close oversight
- Competitive, coachable mindset with a genuine passion for matching people to opportunities
