Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned to enterprise strategy
• Design scalable solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Architect Experience Cloud (including LWR-based experiences)
• Define standards for LWC-based UI frameworks
• Lead automation strategy using Flow and orchestration patterns
• Design Data Cloud architecture (customer 360, segmentation, analytics)
• Establish integration architecture (APIs, middleware, event-driven)
• Define data models, security, and sharing frameworks
• Ensure performance, scalability, and governance standards
• Conduct architecture reviews and recommend enhancements
• Partner with business/tech stakeholders to translate requirements
• Drive reusable design patterns and platform best practices

Requirements:

• 10+ years IT experience with strong architecture background
• 5+ years Salesforce architecture experience
• Expertise in:
  • Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Experience Cloud
  • LWC & LWR
  • Salesforce Flow (advanced)
  • Salesforce Data Cloud
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Data modeling & security architecture
  • Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven)
  • Enterprise architecture principles

Preferred:

• Financial services experience (banking/credit unions)
• Large-scale enterprise implementation experience
