Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst (m/w/d)

About Us

We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst (m/w/d) to support our CRM Practice.

This role can be performed remotely from home in Germany or Austria.

Your Responsibilities

• You act as an "integrator" between business requirements and technology solutions to find solutions for customer problems.
• Preparation and moderation of customer workshops to capture requirements.
• Translation of requirements into detailed user stories through close collaboration with the customer.
• Throughout the entire customer project, you are part of the development team and keep the customer and project stakeholders informed about progress.
• Participation in QA and UAT activities.
• You always stay up-to-date with the latest innovations, trends, and developments around Salesforce to offer customers the most modern solutions.
• You will develop further through specific Salesforce training and targeted mentoring.
• You analyze data and continuously create reports to improve your knowledge.
• You actively participate in internal initiatives and innovation tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting or in a relevant, comparable industry.
• Sound experience in capturing functional requirements for at least 2 years.
• At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
• Practical experience with configuring Salesforce formula, Process Builder, and Flows.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
• You can perform at full capacity remotely and have prior experience working in a remote team.
• Experience with industry clouds such as Consumer Goods Cloud or Non Profit Cloud is an advantage.
• English language skills are a must.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
