Required Qualifications

6-8 years in data/CRM platforms; 2+ years with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Hands-on with Data Streams, DLO/DMO mapping, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activation.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with ETL/ELT and APIs.
Integration experience with Salesforce core clouds and analytics (CRM Analytics/Tableau).
Proven knowledge of data governance role-based access.
Strong stakeholder management and delivery track record.

Preferred

Salesforce certifications: Data Cloud Consultant; Administrator; Platform App Builder.
Familiarity with Agent force use cases and observability/data quality tooling.
