Salesforce FSC Developer & Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer / Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for financial services use cases. This role requires both hands-on development expertise and architectural leadership , ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards, scalability, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with FSC data models, integrations, and solution design, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce FSC implementations
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
• Lead technical design discussions and produce HLD / LLD documentation
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and roadmaps

Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce FSC solutions
• Configure FSC features such as:
  • Person Accounts
  • Financial Accounts
  • Household & Relationship Groups
  • Actionable Relationship Center (ARC)
• Develop using:
  • Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Scheduled Jobs
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura

Platform & Integration

• Architect and implement integrations using:
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • Platform Events
  • Middleware (preferred: MuleSoft)
• Work with JSON/XML and asynchronous processing frameworks
• Ensure seamless integration with external financial systems

Salesforce Configuration & Security

• Implement Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled), validation rules, workflows, and approvals
• Design and enforce Salesforce Security Model :
  • OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules
  • Field-Level Security (FLS)
• Experience with Shield (encryption, audit trail) preferred

Delivery & Governance

• Establish coding standards, best practices, and reusable components
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure code coverage
• Support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset
• Lead deployments and support UAT, production rollout, and hypercare
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Act as a technical advisor , guiding design decisions and trade-offs
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce Expertise

• Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Proficiency in:
  • Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL
  • Salesforce Data Model (Standard + FSC objects)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model

Integration & Technical Skills

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML
• Middleware exposure (preferred: MuleSoft)
• Experience with asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future methods)

Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Financial Services domain:
  • Banking
  • Wealth Management
  • Insurance
  • Lending
• Familiarity with:
  • KYC
  • Customer onboarding
  • Relationship management concepts

Good to Have

• Salesforce FSC Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
• Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
• Experience with Salesforce Shield / compliance frameworks
• Agile / Scrum experience
