Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Create user stories, workflows, process diagrams, wireframes, and functional specifications
• Work closely with development and QA teams during testing and UAT phases
• Support process improvements and recommend best practices
• Coordinate with vendor partners and stakeholders to deliver business solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments
• Strong Salesforce Functional BA experience (Sales Cloud / Experience Cloud preferred)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies
• Experience with Jira and integration requirements documentation
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience with Lucid Charts and Google Suite
• CBAP or similar BA certification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
