Salesforce Functional Lead

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce with strong Functional Lead experience.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and CRM business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, etc.).
• Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or enterprise domain experience.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations.
