Job Summary
The company is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager to support high-impact CRM and 1:1 marketing initiatives within a fast-paced digital environment. This role will oversee medium to high-complexity marketing projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and ensure successful execution of digital campaigns and customer engagement programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, and a solid understanding of digital marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of medium to high-complexity CRM and digital marketing projects from initiation through delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation to ensure successful campaign execution
- Lead multiple cross-functional and agency teams simultaneously in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Coordinate project activities, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timelines are met
- Capture business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for technical teams
- Facilitate status meetings and communicate project updates, risks, and action items to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure quality standards and user experience expectations are achieved
- Monitor campaign workflows and ensure data is accurately loaded into marketing applications
- Identify risks, process gaps, and optimization opportunities while driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain project documentation, proofing checklists, and archived records in an organized manner
- Support campaign performance analysis and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives
- Promote collaboration, innovation, and strong team engagement across all project activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CRM, database marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, direct mail, or 1:1 marketing programs
- Strong experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of database marketing, email marketing, and digital campaign best practices
- Ability to gather business requirements and communicate functional needs to technical stakeholders
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a digital marketing or interactive agency environment
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale CRM engagement programs
- Familiarity with process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Pay Range
$40/hr to $50/hr
