Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

Marketing Automation

  • Design automated workflows and drip campaigns
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies using Pardot

Data & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
  • Build reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM
  • Optimize campaigns using A/B testing and insights

CRM & Data Management
