Salesforce Platform & Media Cloud Engineer (h/f) (IT) / Freelance

TECHNICAL SKILLS (HARD SKILLS)

• Salesforce platform administration: org configuration, profiles, permission sets, metadata management, system health monitoring, org hygiene
• Media Cloud: product catalog, order management, entitlements, rate cards, billing configuration for the GO! business model
• SF0 to SF1 Migration: migration strategies, object mapping, data validation, cutover planning, post-migration non-regression testing
• Release Management: change sets, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipeline governance, sandbox refresh strategy, deployment sequencing
• Multi-cloud dependency vision: understanding the impact of platform configuration changes on MC Next, Data 360, and Agentforce layers
• Technical debt management: identifying legacy configurations blocking AELA features; proposing and implementing progressive remediations
• Documentary rigor: maintaining architecture decisions, configuration choices, and migration runbooks throughout the project

CANDIDATE PROFILE

HUMAN SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (SOFT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)

• Risk awareness: anticipates multi-cloud impacts of changes before production deployment; never overlooks test environment validations
• Reliable and structured: methodical approach to delivery; avoids shortcuts that generate technical debt or compliance risks
• 4+ years of experience: experience on the Salesforce platform; exposure to Media Cloud or Revenue Cloud is strongly appreciated; SF1 migration experience is a differentiating asset
