Salesforce Product Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Product Manager to lead the build and rollout of a new Salesforce org/instance. This role is ideal for someone who has directly participated in a Salesforce implementation and can confidently balance strategy, execution, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, goals, MVP, and roadmap in partnership with Product Owners and sponsors
• Manage and prioritize the Salesforce backlog, supporting sprint planning and delivery
• Develop and maintain project timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
• Collaborate with IT and Project Managers to translate roadmaps into build priorities
• Lead stakeholder communication, status reporting, and governance activities
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, testing, and final delivery
• Support change management, training, cutover, launch, and hypercare activities
• Track and report on key metrics, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage scope, change requests, and impact assessments

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working on a Salesforce implementation in a product or project management role
• Hands-on involvement in Salesforce delivery (not just theoretical knowledge)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals and platform capabilities
• Strong experience with backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
