Salesforce Project Manager / Scrum Master

A Fortune 500 investment firm is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a high-visibility Salesforce delivery team focused on driving execution, coordination, and Agile delivery across business and technology stakeholders. This is a hybrid Scrum Master and project management role that combines Agile team facilitation with broader project delivery oversight, stakeholder communication, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate is an experienced delivery professional who can independently run day-to-day team operations, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage project health reporting, and proactively identify and escalate risks while maintaining strong relationships across both business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and team status meetings
• Manage overall project delivery activities for Salesforce-related initiatives and enhancements
• Coordinate across business analysts, developers, QA resources, technical leads, and business stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
• Maintain project health dashboards, status reporting, risk tracking, and delivery timelines
• Ensure the backlog remains organized, prioritized, and “shovel-ready” for upcoming sprint work
• Facilitate cross-team communication, dependency management, and team-of-teams coordination
• Partner with technical leads and business stakeholders to support delivery decisions and issue resolution
• Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies and escalate appropriately through established channels
• Support onboarding and ramp-up of additional resources as projects scale
• Drive accountability and follow-through across project teams while maintaining a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management or Agile delivery leadership roles
• Experience supporting Salesforce delivery teams within large enterprise organizations
• Strong experience leading Agile teams within enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery processes
• Strong Jira experience, including backlog management, sprint tracking, dashboards, and reporting
• Experience managing stakeholder communication across business and technology teams
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, and priorities
• Working knowledge of Salesforce platforms, workflows, and integrations
• Experience supporting technical teams including developers, QA, and business analysts
• Strong communication and risk management skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
• Financial services or investment management industry experience nice to have
• Familiarity with enterprise delivery governance and reporting practices
