Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Project Manager who is a hands-on builder with 3 to 5 years of proven expertise in managing and executing complex Salesforce implementations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise software systems, cloud computing platforms, and IT infrastructure. Duties

• Build in Salesforce Daily
• Create and refine dashboards, reports, and workflows
• Configure objects, fields, and automations (Flows)
• Turn rough ideas into working solutions quickly
• Translate Business Needs into Systems
• Work directly with leadership to shape and define:
  • Dealer reporting
  • Agent performance tracking
  • Customer service reporting
  • Billing, commissions, and reserves visibility
  • Territory tracking
• Ask the right questions and fill in gaps when requirements aren’t fully defined
• Iterate Fast
  • Prototype → test → adjust → improve
  • Ship usable solutions quickly, then refine based on feedback
• Own Your Work
  • Manage your own priorities and keep momentum without heavy structure
  • Spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to do things

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin or similar)
• Strong skills in: Reports & dashboards, Flow / automation, Data structure (objects, relationships)
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
• A builder mindset — you like creating, not just coordinating
• Strong communication — can sit with non-technical stakeholders and translate needs
• Self-starter who doesn’t wait for perfect direction
