Introduction

We’re hiring a Salesforce Recruiter to support a UK-based tech recruitment client from our Sandton office. This role focuses on sourcing and delivering high-quality Salesforce talent across international markets.

This is a delivery-focused position suited to someone who enjoys building talent pipelines, working in fast-paced tech environments, and partnering closely with offshore stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing full-cycle recruitment for Salesforce roles

Building and nurturing Salesforce talent pipelines

Partnering with UK-based stakeholders on hiring needs

Driving strong candidate experience and quality delivery

Providing market insights and recruitment reporting

What we’re looking for:

Experience in recruiting Salesforce talent (Non-negotiable)

Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working with international teams

Driven, organised, and delivery-focused
