Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
• Lead comprehensive architecture for enterprise-level projects
• Create Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to affirm architectural choices and speed up delivery
• Work collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic goals
• Maintain best practices for security, integration, and performance optimization
• Provide expert insights on Salesforce features and future developments
• Attend Technical Review Board meetings to validate design and development approaches
• Engage in coding and development as necessary to assure solution integrity

Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on experience with Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
• Strong grasp of API integration patterns, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Salesforce security framework
• Expertise in data modeling, migration strategies, and performance enhancement
• Experience with Mulesoft, AWS services, and various enterprise integration platforms
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit, and automated deployment processes
• Proven experience in banking, financial services, or large-scale enterprise implementations
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
