About the role
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design Architecture
Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud) ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards.
Pre-Sales Strategy
Lead technical solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, collaborating with sales teams to create high-impact proposals, effort estimates, and project roadmaps.
Integration Technical Governance
Design robust integration patterns using MuleSoft, Kafka, or ETL tools, ensuring secure connectivity with external ERPs and systems.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, translating complex business needs into technical requirements.
Mentorship Leadership
Provide technical oversight to project teams, conduct code reviews, and establish development governance models.
Data Strategy
Architect data models and migration strategies for large data volumes (LDV) and ensure data compliance.
Required Experience Skills
- Total Experience 15 years of IT experience with at least 5 - 8 years specifically in Salesforce architecture.
- Domain Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform security models.
- MultiCloud Experience: Proven experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Financial Services, or CPQ).
- Integration Expertise: Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Leadership Experience: Leading Architecture Review Boards (ARBs) and mentoring technical teams.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA
