Salesforce Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead and support a major enterprise modernization initiative. In this strategic role, you will design a Salesforce-native operational ecosystem seamlessly integrated with core platforms including SAP, LIMS, enterprise reporting/data systems, and customer-facing solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep architectural expertise, a proven track record of handling complex integration patterns, and the ability to bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Define and design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures on the Salesforce platform that align with enterprise business objectives.
• Integrations: Architect robust, end-to-end integration patterns between Salesforce and external platforms such as SAP and LIMS using APIs, platform events, and middleware.
• Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce Enterprise Data and Platform Governance practices to maintain environment health, data integrity, and compliance.
• Technical Leadership: Guide development teams on best practices for programmatic (Apex) and declarative (Salesforce Flow) customization, ensuring minimal technical debt.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into clear technical roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution/Enterprise Architect on large-scale transformation programs.
• Core Salesforce Tech: Deep expertise in Apex, Salesforce Flow, and Experience Cloud.
• Integration Expertise: Strong background in API & Integration Design, middleware tools, and event-driven architecture.
• Specialized Systems: Direct experience or strong familiarity with SAP and LIMS integrations.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Background working in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or highly regulated, compliant environments.
• Certifications: Active Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Salesforce Certified System Architect
  • Integration Architect or Data Architect
