Salesforce Solution Architect with FSC Exp

Experienced Salesforce Solution Architect for an onsite role to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments. Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience is a strong advantage. The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate complex business requirements into robust Salesforce solution designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Act as the primary architecture contact during onsite discovery and solution design workshops.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs and architecture artifacts.
• Design data models, security models, integrations, and overall system architecture aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Leverage Financial Services Cloud capabilities (Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Relationships, Households) where applicable.
• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Review functional and technical designs, configurations, and custom components for quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with technical architects, developers, QA, and project managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support UAT, deployment planning, go-live, and post-production stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 2–3 years in a Solution Architect or Lead role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud capabilities.
• Solid experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Hands-on familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and configuration best practices.
• Experience working in onsite/onshore delivery models with client-facing responsibilities.

Financial Services Cloud – Advantage

• Experience or working knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Understanding of financial services domain concepts such as banking, insurance, lending, or wealth management.
• Familiarity with FSC data models including Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, and Relationships.
• Experience designing compliant and secure solutions for regulated financial environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Solution Architect or relevant Salesforce certifications.
• FSC Accredited Professional certification (preferred).
