Requirements
- Salesforce Technical Architect/Application Architect certification is mandatory
- Salesforce Integration Architect certification is mandatory
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification is mandatory
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification is mandatory
- Copado certification is mandatory
- MuleSoft I and II certifications are mandatory
- Proven experience with requirements analysis and business process design (7+ years required)
- 7+ years of experience architecting and developing intricate solutions in the Salesforce platform
- Extensive knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, Salesforce Admin, and advanced architectural patterns (7+ years required)
- Strong grasp of all configuration elements of Salesforce, including development (7+ years required)
- 7+ years of experience guiding development teams on the effective use of platform technology
- Familiarity with object-oriented design patterns and programming languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and Ruby (7+ years required)
- Experience in data migration strategies and common extract, transform, load (ETL) tools (7+ years required)
- Experience with mobile solutions and understanding on-platform mobile architecture (7+ years required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Shield and Lightning (7+ years required)
- Experience in Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (7+ years required)
- 5+ years of experience with accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance
- Familiarity with GITHUB/BitBucket version control solutions (5+ years required)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (5+ years required)
Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive end-to-end solutions and guide technical strategies and their implementation
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, technical leads, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into accurate and financially feasible technical architecture
- Design and lead the implementation of complex API-based integration solutions, linking Salesforce with advanced external systems
- Ensure all solutions comply with data security protocols and performance standards
- Develop and implement backups and restoration strategies
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the architectural framework
- Advocate best practices, articulating when to employ standard Salesforce functionalities versus customizations for complex requirements
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams
- Lead code evaluations, design sessions, workshops, and release planning activities
- Work with Agile teams in backlog refinement, user story breakdown, and acceptance criteria development
- Assist in configuring the Salesforce environment and the CI/CD pipeline using the appropriate release management tools
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery
