Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Salesforce Platform

Role Summary

Seeking a Senior SRE to support a large-scale enterprise Salesforce platform. This role focuses on production reliability, incident management, automation, and platform resilience in a regulated (healthcare) environment. You will partner with architecture, engineering, and security teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own production reliability, availability, and performance of Salesforce platform
• Lead incident response, RCA, and continuous improvement (MTTR/MTTD)
• Drive automation and toil reduction across operations and monitoring
• Build and maintain observability (monitoring, logging, alerting)
• Support CI/CD, release readiness, and deployment governance
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PII standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve resilience and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in SRE / DevOps / Production Support / Platform Engineering
• 3+ years supporting Salesforce in production (enterprise scale)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, environments, and deployments
• Experience with incident management, RCA, and on-call support
• Hands-on with automation/scripting (Python, Shell, Apex, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, AutoRabit, Git pipelines)
• Strong communication in high-pressure production environments

• Healthcare or regulated environment experience
• Salesforce security tools (Shield, Data Mask)
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Observability and integration monitoring tools
• Salesforce certifications (Architect/Developer)
