Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Summary:

Design and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Lead architecture for enterprise implementations, leveraging Salesforce Einstein and AI/ML capabilities while ensuring compliance with financial regulations like PCI and GDPR.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture and technical strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and ensure seamless integrations.
• Lead implementation of Data Cloud, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities using Salesforce Einstein.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with standards such as PCI and GDPR.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and conduct code/design reviews.
• Establish best practices for development, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Oversee integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend continuous improvements.
