Our team in Sursee is looking for a sanitary team consisting of two project managers and/or specialist planners (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
As a Project Manager
- Independent planning and realisation of interesting and demanding projects from the study phase to handover to the client
- Transparent project management with the latest tools regarding fees, costs, quality and deadlines
- Close collaboration with other departments within the Abicht Group through interdisciplinary teams
- Coaching project staff
- Opportunity to develop into a sanitary team leader
As a Specialist Planner
- Planning of corresponding systems from conception to execution
- Drawing, modelling and calculating the systems (Nova)
- Coordination in the digital space (Trimble-Connect)
- Entrepreneurial management with digitalised specialist site supervision
- Gradual assumption of project management tasks
- Training apprentices if interested
Your Profile
- Apprenticeship as a building services planner specialising in sanitation and, depending on the role, ideally a qualification as a technician TS/HF or still in training
- Professional experience
- Enjoy planning in the digital model and openness to further developing with BIM. We support you and have experience
- Team player type and enjoyment in actively contributing to project success in a young, dynamic team
- Curiosity and openness to new things
