Responsibilities

• AI and Testing Expertise: Bring a deep understanding of SAP solutions and AI technologies, focusing on testing, automation, and quality assurance. Lead the development of our AI-enabled Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS) capabilities.
• Solution Architecture: Design and architect robust AI-driven testing solutions for SAP environments using tools like Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, and others, ensuring scalability and adherence to industry best practices.
• Client Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the adoption and implementation of AI-enabled TaaS for SAP, translating technical jargon into meaningful business value.
• Partnership Enhancement: Collaborate with IBM and SAP teams to align strategic objectives and co‑create innovative AI-driven testing solutions.
• Differentiation Strategy: Define and promote our unique value proposition for SAP AI-enabled TaaS, creating compelling market messages to attract potential clients.
• Pre‑sales Support: Assist in crafting proof of concepts and demonstrations that showcase our AI-enabled TaaS capabilities, working with sales teams to secure new business.
• Thought Leadership: Engage in thought leadership opportunities, including speaking at industry events and publishing articles, to position our firm as a trusted advisor in SAP AI-driven testing.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about market dynamics, competition, and emerging trends to guide clients on best practices.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of SAP AI-enabled TaaS strategies and initiatives.
• Team Development: Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and a culture of continuous improvement.

Work Arrangement

This hybrid role allows you to work from a combination of IBM locations, client sites, or from home, with specific in‑office days determined by management. This position can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Requirements

• Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate are preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in SAP solutions with a focus on testing, automation, and quality assurance, coupled with a deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in testing.
• Professional Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts, along with strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Industry Experience: A minimum of 10 years in SAP testing, architecture, or implementation roles, particularly in AI-driven testing and TaaS.
